LAYOUT
When arriving home by bike or car, you comfortably reach the house via the secured parking basement. Entry into the hallway with a sleek cast floor. Here you will find a toilet, a spacious storage room with laundry area and technical installations (including a home battery and systems for underfloor heating and cooling). From the hallway you step into the luxurious, light
living kitchen.

The generous living kitchen with spacious dining area forms the heart of the house. The kitchen is fully custom-made and equipped with high-quality appliances from, among others, Gaggenau (oven, steam oven, warming drawers) and Miele (boiling water tap and wine climate cabinet), a generous cooking island and a direct connection to the void. Daylight enters deeply here and gives the space height and air.

As water now actually flows through the canal, the homeowners’ association has recently installed bank protection. Homeowners now have the option to construct a jetty (with swimming ladder). The jetty committee has already made price agreements for floating and fixed jetties. A boat up to 6 metres in length may be moored. Formally, a permit application is still required. The uitgangspunt is a jetty with a maximum length of 3 metres or a surface area of 6.25 m².
